Over the past several days cpanel15 has been experiencing some stability issues where it will randomly crash at least once daily. We believe that we have narrowed it down to a hardware problem and the server will be taken offline as soon as possible to do a full chasis swap to eliminate every hardware possibility with the exception of the hard drives. I will continue to update this thread as this progresses.

The chasis swap has been completed and we will be monitoring the server to see if the problem persists. -
As of this morning issues have cropped up once again, we believe that even the new RAM in the server may be bad. We will be testing it shortly and replacing it if necessary.Comment

At approximately 8:00AM CST tomorrow (6/14) we will be taking the server offline to perform some tests on the hardware, including the RAM in order to try and isolate this problem. There may be an hour or so of downtime involved in this. I will update this thread with the progress as it comes along.Comment

All hardware that was tested during this time performed flawlessly with absolutely no errors. We will be continuing to monitor this server for further issues.Comment
