How to access PhpMyAdmin w/o logging into cpanel

You can log in using the cpanel gzo url and the DB user credentials.

For example:

http://cpanel[COLOR=Red]XX[/COLOR].gzo.com/phpMyAdmin/

This allows you access to phpmyadmin without logging into cpanel.
