PHP libraries handling XML-RPC, which could allow a server compromise. Affected apps include Wordpress, Drupal, PostNuke, Serendipity, phpAdsNew, phpWiki and many more

Not sure about others, but Wordpress already has this exploit covered in its latest release 1.5.3
