Insert, for instance, "dreamchess.com" (it is one of sites of mine on dathorn.com) and press the button "Go".
Then you can see the result with also this info:

However, probably, the problem occurs during upload: you have to upload
test.cgi in ASCII mode (*NOT* binary mode).
