Microsoft hosting recommendations

I seem to remember from a while ago that Andrew won't be offering any Microsoft hosting and I understand and agree with the reasoning behind that. However I find myself in need of hosting a specific site on a Microsoft server and I guess there are others of you that may have been in the same situation....

Has anyone noticed download/response issues at Dathorn over the past couple of days? Google Webmaster Tools has warned me about server issues (cpanel78 went down a couple of times) and current performance seems a little slow - although that could be my connection.
