    Suspended, why.

    Hi,

    Whenever you go to mysite it says my account has been suspended... Why? Also, I can't log into your regular support because my password no longer works.

    The rundown: What is going on? Why isn't it working? I'm pissed off.

    My guesses:
    Credit card didn't go through
    placing a high load on the server
    Inappropriate material on your account

    an email to andrew@dathorn.com might clear things up

      If you've not visited Dathorn in the last, hmm about month or so,
      their website went down, the wrong hard drive accidentyl
      got wiped, and well everybody had to fill out this form.

      I'm sure you can send Andrew an email with your dis-###
      and explain the situation, and so forth.

        That wouldnt get your account suspended, but that may be why he cant log in to the CCP.

          Last check, yesterday, 7 gigs of bandwidth the only "load intensive" thing I have is a forum that gets about 20 posts a day (max).

          Nothing in appropriate.

          Credit Card has been working since I started using Dathorn and after the Ubersmith change.

          What erks me, is the fact that even though payment isn't due yet my account has been suspended for lack of payment?? It's a bit insulting and I don't enjoy getting PMs from users saying "looks like someone didn't pay their bill! haha."

          I'm going to e-mail Andrew now, that's a good idea. I figured the forums would be faster but apparently not.

              I had two of my accounts suspended a few months ago due to a CPanel miscalculation on bandwidth. A simple trouble ticket or two and a email to Andrew and all was fine. CPanel isn't the most perfect of webhost softwares, but it seems to be the best out there when it works correctly.

                Whatever the reason for the suspension, the message that our users are getting is very unprofessional. A simple "Site is down due to technical issues, please contact support." would be nice and would still result in the trouble-ticket to Andrew.

                  you can change the message your users get in WHM..."Modify Suspended Account Page"

                  But if your whole reseller account gets suspended, i dont think it would apply..
