    Hi Andrew:

    Today I was unable to reach my site and I run a DNS check that said the DNS was unreachable. (I think this report was bogus or some sort of glick.) So I submitted a trouble ticket. You answered as fast as always. However, after a number of exchanges back and forth you figured the problem was on my ISP's end. Even I had to agree, thanks Andrew.

    I found the problem but it's going to take 10 hours to fix itself. My ISP's DNS cache doesn't have the A records associated with my NS entries. Couple hosts file entries on my end are working for now.

    I'm so sorry for wasting your time. But, thanks for the GREAT service.
