Servers down, no support or...?

Hi

I know we are not supposed to use the forums for this kind of thing but both of the servers I am on as a reseller here are down for more than an hour, I have also submitted trouble tickets, but no one is responding yet, and that worries me. I am on cpanel14b and cpanel22

This is starting to get scary...no announcements...nothing.

Yeah duds,

It seems that today will be such a bad day, all TP network is down, just one server is up and they donīt got a estimate when it will be up again.
Hope you all got some coffee...

cPanel35 has been down for hours now.

At this rate I'll be left with no choice other than to leave the PC and actually go and talk to my wife about how her day was.

Uptime reports show the server has been up... seems to be just network problems from ThePlanet's side.

The servers seem to be going on and offline intermittently, i doubt this will be fully resolved for a while.

I don't need to blame anyone, just hoping it will get fixed soon and that it doesn't jeopardize the sites I've been doing seo work on.

Other than that, "stuff" happens that is beyond all our control and I can accept that.

Agreed, it's not Andrew or Dathorn's fault.

I could be wrong but I don't believe Dathorn has a % uptime guarantee either. So for the moment i'm stuck with 99.8% uptime this month, nothing terrible.

Just hoping ThePlanet gets their networking problems sorted out. Having worked in a large DataCenter before, i'm sure the majority of the techs and support aren't enjoying their morning coffee. :P

yeah... accept 'till you got some of your hard worked customers pulling out just because they put last week a critical stuff online and now its just dust in the wind...
