    What does this mean?

I got this rather unfriendly email from Andrew. I can appreciate the sentimate, but I have no idea what he is talking about. I set up the domain for my wife and all it is used for is 1 email account that she uses. A while back she installed some of the scripts from the cpanel when she was thinking about building a site. I have removed those scripts. It looks like something was going on yesterday, but neither of us were on the computers. asplundi is the name of the account associated with the domain, but is not the email name.

Since she last logged into the control panel she has gotten a new machine and the old one is sitting here next to me unused. I fired it up and ran all the same things as in the list of stuff I ran on my machine that follows.

On my machine, the one that would have been used to log in I have run:
full virus scan (AVG and Norton)
    Ad-Aware
    SpyBot
    SpySweeper
    TDS-3
    TrojanHunter
    BOClean
    CWShredder
    HJT

The last 2 were just in case. A couple ad cookies came up, but otherwise clean on all fronts for both machines.

    My questions are these:

    1) What does this email mean for the account?
    2) What does this email tell us about the illegal scripts?
    3) What do I need to do to get rid of the illegal scripts?
    4) What can I do to ensure this doesn't happen in the future?
    5) Are my other sites at risk?
    6) Do I have the wrong hosting setup for my needs?
A caveat to this question is simply that I may have signed up for some
power hosting when all I was looking for is a place to park a couple of
domains in order to get email at them and test some scripts for my
company intranet. If my inability to understand this email means I am out
of my league with regards to the services here, I can easily accept that
and move on. I am sure dathorn will not miss my $20/Month.

What are/were the scripts installed the account? More than likely, one of them has a very serious security hole and it is not an issue with your computers themselves.

Also, this should probably be discussed in a trouble ticket rather than here.
