Webmail seems really slow (my sites are fine) on cpanel15 - Anyone else experiencing this? Is this related to http://forums.dathorn.com/showthread.php?t=1662?

No it would not be related to that. But I have been generating some backups manually on the server over the past 45 minutes which may be to blame.
