Warning: You are logged in using the reseller or root password

I'm working with a client on his site and when I log into his Cpanel (using his username/password) it says :Warning: You are logged in using the reseller or root password

then there is access to any of the sites hosted under my account.

This does not happen when looging into any other cpanel. Whats causing this?

No idea what is causing that, but I would submit a trouble ticket about it right away. That is definately something odd. (maybe both passwds are the same?)

LOL, just reply the same time I do I'm thinking its some odd occurance where both passwds are the same. If I enter my cpanel with my admin pass, and it were say the same as my normal cpanel pass, would cpanel/whm understand the difference between the passes?

Well, it's doing as it states. Being logged in by the reseller or root password
cPanel is obviously picking up your reseller password from somewhere and login you into cPanel with that.
