    returning customer questions

    1st, i remember a couple of years back, i had 1 dedicated IP with initial WHM setup, and can get 1 more for free, but now there is none and each IP is charged at 1.5USD per month, am i right?

    2nd, i recieved an auto email regarding my customer account info a while back, i was able to login in the first place, but after i recieved an email saying "my ticket was closed" i can't login again, what was the problem? i had never submitted single support ticket yet.

    The first IP is still free, all IPs do require proper justification.

    Please re-submit your order using a non-free e-mail account, such as the one provided to you by your ISP. Your order was voided for possible fraud. I apologize for the inconvenience.

      nah, you should state it on your website leh...i transferred my DNS to you last night, i can't use my domain now. so i will still submit order 1 more time with my gmail account. i will open an ticket to remind u.
