Server loads on server 19 ??

I've had some issues with server 19 (I think that's right) over the last few days and the server loads as displayed by a phpsysinfo script today seem way out of line from what the loads typically are. Has someone's script gone haywire or are we under a DOS attack?

Load Averages 23.90 20.01 13.01
Load Averages 18.55 19.19 13.67
Load Averages 22.65 21.25 15.80 (11:08 Denver, Colorado time)
Load Averages 28.14 24.36 17.78 (11:11 - going down for the count?)

Today websites are sometimes failing to load and sometimes just slow.

Yesterday, the server loads seemed fine, but strange situation where client could browse their website, but I was unable to view any domain on this server for a period of time. Sound more like a how we get there from here issue rather than a server / PC issue since I could view websites at other hosts just fine.

Anyone else having issues?

Is there a server status page where we can review known issues?

We're perfectly aware of this, and I can be the blame for the loads that are currently occuring at this moment, I'm performing some work on the server and it should be back to normal shortly. I apologize for the inconvenience.
