    RoundCube (email client)

Anyone here using this webmail client. http://roundcube.net/

I am trying to get it too work, but I am getting 500 Internal server error.

I am wondering if someone had to do something special to get to work.

    thanks,
    Andy

Hi guys, if you've got roundcube working, maybe you can give me some advice?

Reading email works fine right now, but any email I send seems to disapear. Are you guys using the PHP Mail method or going through the SMTP server? If its the SMTP server, what authentication method do you use?

          Thanks

In the end I found out the email actually was being sent (or at least it appeared to be). It apears all emails to domains on one particular hosting service (34sp.com) just disapear, I've not yet had a time-out bounce or anything. Emails to gmail and my isp go through fine. Doesn't really matter as I'm moving all my domains over here anyway.

I haven't had any issues relating to emailing 34sp's servers from here (I have some friends and family hosted over there) - I was hosted over there (good guys), but out grew them just over 2 years ago and have been happy here ever since...

I'd raise a forum post/trouble ticket over there and I'm sure they'll look in to it...

Just an update for anyone who is interested.

I haven't tried there app for about a year, since I first posted, but I tried the app again and it seems to run much smoother and faster. It could be also because of dathorn new servers. But its now in beta where last year it was in alpha status if I remember corrrectly.

Good to hear. We've thought about adding it as one of the Webmail options but haven't really decided. Certainly let us know if you have any problems with it.

I've installed RoundCube on cpanel54, cpanel55, cpanel56, cpanel57, and cpanel58. If no problems arise it will be installed on all servers in the near future.

It should be accessible from all cPanel themes. If you notice any problems at all please let us know here or in a ticket.

RoundCube is now on cpanel38 and higher.

RoundCube is a webmail client that is now available on all servers that have been upgraded to our new platform (cpanel38 and higher).
