    ClientExec Support

Is there anyway that we can access the documentation on clientexec.com?

All the forums/help desks require us to login with an email address.

How do we get the docs/upgrades for clientexec?

To get that sort of service you would have to buy their support licensing.

Upgrade files will be posted to the customer control panel as the current downloads are.

There are no stable 2.7x releases at this time. When stable versions area available, they will be posted.

Am I to assume we must purchase support from them in order to recieve the documentation on clientexec?

Why not just buy the program from them, get the support they offer for 6 months with any new purchase etc,

I'm not understanding the rational for lack of documentation or access to any sort of support forum. Anyone with me on this?

Buying licenses from them is $11.95/month, essentially $8/month more. You can buy their support alone and the license from us for less even. Not to mention that most people won't really need support for the full life of the license.

            However:

                Plugins

Andrew, in a previous post you directed me to an article which explained the cPanel plugin for ClientExec, however, it would not appear that the plugin is installed? Also, it would appear that I cannot download the file from their site, since I am not a member.

Thank you though for the links to the documentation!

Ummm, ya.. I answered this already, but for others who might ask... the article you directed me to said go to 'admin/servers', but there was no servers option under the admin menu.... it should say 'admin/plugins'!

So were you able to find the proper plugin?

I've been trying to make a custom welcome email so it inputs the users domain name and account info, etc, but whenever I click on "(Click to view tags)" all I get is a (javascript:void) link that does nothing.

On the cs forums I search for "welcome email tags" and nothing so I'm wondering does anyone know what these tags are or why that link is dead?
