    E-mail/SSL problem

I've read through this topic already; http://forums.dathorn.com/showthread.php?t=2390

I access my e-mail using Thunderbird, using POP3 with SSL. I've already requested an IP address and obtained a certificate from CAcert.org.

Whenever I check my e-mail using Thunderbird; it says attempted to establish connection with "mail.jacktruong.ca", but the certificate belongs to "cpanel45.gzo.com".

Is it something I could've done wrong with the setting up of the SSL certificate?

Your domain specific SSL certificate is only used for HTTP. For e-mail and things of that nature the server's self-signed certificate is used.
