Why does it seem like Postini is not filtering much spam?

By default all Postini accounts are setup with the Blatant Spam Blocker (BSB) enabled. As a result, any e-mail that is identified as blatant spam is immediatley deleted and you will never receive it, not even in your quarantine. If you would like to be able to see all e-mail that Postini is blocking then you can submit a ticket requesting that the BSB be disabled on your account.

Also, if you would ever like a report of how many e-mails are going through your account and how much spam is being blocked, simply submit a ticket requesting it and we'd be more than happy to provide you with the information.
