cpanel56 is currently offline due to a hard drive failure. We're currently working on this as quickly as we can. I do want to stress that this will not be a quick and easy fix and there might be data loss as well. I will post more details here as our work continues.

Good news: we're currently transfer data off of the old drives and so far this is going fairly smoothly. We've already copied all of the databases off of the drives and we're now working on all of the home directories. This will take a while to transfer given the large amount of data and the current state of the hard drives.Comment

The server is now fully setup.
We're in the process of restoring the reseller (WHM) accounts along with all accounts for those that pay for our backup service. After this is complete, we have full backups from just before the server went offline for approximately 30% of the server's domains that are a result of our beta backup system that we have been working on so we'll be going ahead and restoring these completely. Once these steps have been completed we will open up access to cpanel56.
Lastly, we'll be attempting to recreate any remaining accounts and will copy over their databases, mail, tmp, public_html, and e-mail aliases. For these domains, since they do not have a full cPanel backups available and since they did not pay for our backup service, you will have to actually recreate subdomains, addon domains, parked domains, e-mail addresses, etc. directly via cPanel. Note that the e-mail will be restoreable however, you'll just have to recreate the accounts in order to access it.
I'll continue to update this thread as this progresses.Comment

The server has now been placed online. Everyone should be able to login to their WHM at the very least and under "List Accounts" you can see the accounts that have been restored at this point. We're continuing to restore the remaining accounts as quickly as possible.Comment

All accounts have been restored and dedicated IP addresses have been re-assigned to the domains that had them previously.
