As of this morning we have implemented a live help chat on our website. While we do not currently allow users to create a live chat session themselves, we do manually engage visitors (for both sales and support) as we are able to. The nice thing about it is that if you have logged in to our customer control panel then we know exactly who you are which makes support even easier than a typical live help situation.

Don't be suprised if you receive a chat request while browsing the site!
