Access to account via IP only

I have set up a new account and would like to do some testing/config before I set the DNS Nameserver to the account. It is possible to access the site using the IP address only along with my account information to indiciate the directory?

You can use http://cpanel##.gzo.com/~username/

Replace the ## with your server's number and "username" with the domain's username.
