Hi.
Just a quick question....
A customer decides to send an e-mail postcard to all his University pals. - 32 emails -
He includes several images: photographs of all his pals, and a "merry christmas, best wishes"
He sends it two times because he receives a timeout the first time. 6 of his pals have AOL addresses.
AOL identifies it as SPAM....
Would this be considered SPAM according to Dathorn's TOU, AUP?
Also...
Would this paragraph apply
Would I have to pay for the research fees if I send a ticket?
Thanks.
