You would have to install your own copy of Squirrelmail on one of your accounts and then have it connect to the remote server. This would certainly not be the most ideal or fastest performing option.
if I install my own copy of Squirrelmail on one of my account/domain.. is it possible to my other account/domain (in the same dis-xxxx) using the same copy of Squirrelmail? or I must install it on every account/domain?
I honestly do not know how well Squirrelmail's configuration is suited to handle this. You would have to take a look and see. My guess is that it may not be possible.
