cPanel bandwidth usage not showing FTP transfer?

I just recently logged into my cPanel account to check on my bandwidth usage, and it reflects that I've only used about 158MB. Is cPanel supposed to reflect FTP transfer usage? I've been using FTP to transfer some large files between computers (10+ files, well over 50MB each) and the cPanel bandwidth usage indicator obviously isn't showing it.

I just want to make sure that (a) I don't get billed for overusage because the cPanel indicator was wrong, and (b) I don't unfairly use a huge chunk of bandwidth transfer that isn't accounted for.

    Thanks!

Are you uploading the files via SFTP by chance?

No, vanilla FTP; I can't seem to get SFTP working from my office for some reason (even though it works from home, and I can SSH to the server from my office).

Go ahead and submit a ticket with the domain in question.

Apparently it is just one of those days...

Incoming FTP bandwidth is not counted.

Only outgoing FTP bandwidth (from the server to a client) is counted.
