Default Postini - value too long

Anyone else getting value too long when trying to add an email to the white list within Postini?

Trying to add *@luv.southwest.com or even just the full email address to the white list, I get value too long. I'm guessing its due to the email address having the sub domain listed in it.

Actually, was able to fix this by adding to Approved Mailing Lists instead of Approved Senders

    So, technically resolved.

This will occur when your white list is too long. They put a system wide limit on the length that cannot be changed. If you have many addresses white listed on the same (private) domain you may want to consider just listing the domain itself instead of the individual addresses in order to save space.
