after hours passed, nothing has been fixed. I'm very worried because this is a server wide problem and no one is even answering.

Per your ticket this was resolved earlier this morning. I do apologize for the inconvenience that this caused. The cPanel upgrade to 11.30 caused issues with our custom Exim configuration on this particular server. This was corrected and steps have been taken to make sure that it does not reoccur.
