cpanel and webmail links error

we cant access to any domain/webmail or domain/cpanel address. it cause 500 Internal Server Error

support is not so helpful as they're waiting for experienced techs.

any suggestion?? we have too many customers calling, anyone else have same problem??

same problem here.
Also php mail() function is still not working.
Reported 4 hours ago, ticket scalated but no information about it.
Yesterday we detected some problems in cpanel72 too, returning some random php errors.

I apologize for the inconvenience and delay. A bad update was pushed out by CloudLinux late last night which caused these issues.

All of our servers have since been updated with the fixed version. Clearly some additional staff training and monitoring is needed on our end to better address an issue like this. This only affected some cPanel/webmail when accessed via certain URLs and mail sent via sendmail (like PHP mail function) but not SMTP. We'll also be in contact with CloudLinux concerning their quality control as this is now the second recent update that they've released which has caused issues; fortunately the first one did not affect us.
