That is unrelated and you're seeing it as a result of the server's certificate having been renewed. iOS 10.3 has no issues with the certificate. If you're using your own domain as the mail server, this will naturally not match the server's certificate and result in the trust issue. You can change your mail server to the hostname of your server instead to avoid the mismatch. The issue with more recent iOS versions is that it often doesn't give you the option to "Continue" as it did before. If you require further assistance please submit a ticket for support.

The features and fixes that we require are included in cPanel 66 which reached an Edge build last week. Once it makes its way to a Stable build, which usually takes several weeks, we'll do some more testing and update all servers accordingly.

Andrew, so are you saying at that time LetsEncrypt will be implemented, or that it still depends on your testing results?

We test all updates before applying them to any live servers so that we can try to avoid as many issues as possible. We don't really expect any issues with this but you never know.

You can see the cPanel tier versions here:

    http://httpupdate.cpanel.net/

cPanel 66 has only reached the "Current" tier at this point. I suspect it may be pushed to "Release" within the next week or two. Any estimates provided here are nothing more than guesses. As you can see from their change log, they've already worked through quite a few issues with version 66 already.

cPanel 66 has only been in "Stable" for a week. We're still doing testing at this time. This is a pretty large upgrade since we've remained at version 60 until our issues could be addressed, which just so happened to be in 66. Servers will likely be upgraded in stages, possibly beginning by the end of the week or early next week.

We have begun updating live client servers and expect to have them all updated by Thursday unless we run into any issues. Pedja, I believe your server was updated last night.

AutoSSL is not enabled by default. You will need to create a new feature list via your WHM with it enabled, edit your packages to use the new feature list where needed and then allow for the daily cron to run and install the SSL certificates. The cron runs during the late night / early morning hours (US Central) and differs per server.
