Changing an account's domain name.

I want to change the domain for an account.
It seems this should be possible... ... but I'm not seeing the modify option. Is it not available on Dathorn (cpanel82), or am I being dense?

This feature is not activated for resellers because it can be used to side step other account limits. If you submit a ticket we'll gladly change the domain for you.

Andrew actioned my ticket within 2 minutes of me raising it - it may have been less than a minute: nothing is time stamped to the second.
