    For some reason, I cannot log in to submit a trouble ticket.

    The server is not down. Read the thread in our announcements forum regarding the customer control panel verification form. You likely never submitted this.

    I thought the same thing. I have a problem tho. I dont have my UberSmith ID. I made the migration a long time ago, but dont have the ID with me. I cant access me ID because it will send it to me to my e-mail address. I can't access my e-mail address because it's on my Dathorn host.

    It's like one big messed up cylce where I can't do anything. HELP ME!

    A HA! I got in. Thank god I saved one of my old Dathorn Invoices in PDF format which had my 4-digit code!

    If you don't have your UberSmith ID, just leave the field blank. We will look it up.
