Outlook Express no longer able to connect to Server

For some reason, since my account got suspended and unsuspended on Monday (since I forgot to fill out a form), my OE isnt able to connect to my server to download my mail.

I can access webmail and check it through there so the e-mail does exist, but if I try and send or receive, it times out and says that it cant connect to my mail server (mail.bluelegends.com). I checked the account settings and they all seem fine (should be since I didnt touch them and they've been working for a year). This is the error I keep getting:

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'Ketan's Mail Account', Server: 'mail.bluelegends.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

I'd like to see if any of you can help me before I go and submit a trouble ticket. Thanks in advance.

Try deleting (backup emails first) said account, then re-making it

How do I backup e-mails without downloading them with Outlook?

Try setting up another account, perhaps on a different domain,
or even a free Yahoo one, etc.-- and forward them all there.

Then when you've CONFIRMED their in that new account,
delete the old one, remake it, and forward the emails back to yourself again.

Try using "bluelegends.com" as the mail server.

Also, create another POP3 account in cpanel for testing purposes.

          /just my two cents...

            FYI - For testing purpose I set up a test account to "bluelegends.com" in my POP3 client, Inscribe, and had no problem connecting to your mail server. Obviously since this was just a test I get the standard user/pass error;

            +OK POP3 cpanel09b [cppop 10.0] at [**.*.**.***]
            USER test
            +OK Need a password
            PASS *******
            -ERR Username/Password Mismatch perhaps test@yourdomain.com ?

The mail tester at DNSstuff also shows the connection as o.k.
