    Customer Control Panel Verification Form

IMPORTANT: Do not fill out the billing migration form if your original welcome e-mail contains information regarding Ubersmith already as this means that you already have an Ubersmith account and submitting the UberSmith migration form will result in you getting double charged. The link below is for the customer control panel verification form, the UberSmith billing migration form link is found in the first paragraph on that page if you need to submit it.

Due to hardware failure that occured earlier this month we must ask that every customer fill out a short form to verify their information which will get your customer control panel login information working once again so that you may submit trouble tickets, etc. Please fill out the form here.

Also, if you previously had our offsite backup service then please submit a trouble ticket telling us which backup service you want (daily, weekly, or monthly) once you've verified your account as explained above.

Beginning this afternoon we will now be suspending accounts that have not completed this process. The UberSmith billing migration part of it was required as of last December and still there are several hundred of you that have not completed this process even with the many e-mails that have been sent out, thus we unfortunately have to do this.

If your account is one of the ones that gets suspended, please submit a trouble ticket after your CCP login is activated to have your account unsuspended. I really do apologize for this having to be done but at this point it is apparently the only way to get this taken care of.

This process was never completed entirely. There are currently 267 customers of whom are not accounted for. I will be going through each one of them individually as soon as possible. Most, if not all, will be taken care of today. What this means:

        1. If you can login to the customer control panel, then you have nothing to worry about, this situation does not include you.

        2. If your account was previously suspended due to this situation (back in July) and I am unable to find any record of you paying for our service, your account will be terminated entirely.

        3. If you still have not filled out these forms and your account hasn't been suspended yet, it will be suspended very soon.

Quite honestly we're just sick of dealing with this and it will get straightened out this week one way or another. It makes it very hard for us to keep track of customers, etc. when we don't have any information on 267 of them.

All of these accounts have now been taken care of (suspended). For those that do not contact us within 1 month from today, submit the proper forms, or have any record at all of being billed, your entire account will be terminated.
