    550 Administrative prohibition

Hi, I've experienced this with people emailing me on cpanel20, now a client gets it on cpanel37. Senders send an email and its bounced with 550 Administrative prohibition. Resends to different accounts always make it the first time.

Its very rare but has anyone else ever experienced this?

I am having the same smtp 550 error problem, anyone solve this?

When I try to send mail with eGroupWare I get the error at the bottom. Every place on the net where someone solved the problem, they just say "problem solved" with no info on how they solved it

Has anyone here figured this issue out?

Did anyone try submitting a trouble ticket? More than likely they might have a way to resolve it, or some insight on it.

I sent a TT but support said to contact ap developer

Since eGroupWare is open source, I posted over there too but so far nothing.

              Furpcom,

How many emails are you trying to send? I believe that Andrew does have it throttled so that the server doesn't become overloaded. Can you limit the number being sent per minute or something? Might give that a try and see if it still happens.

Only trying to send 1 message

This will be a low volume account, a message here and there.
                There is some other problem.

                  Solved, kind of

Never could get this working a Dathorn, but I set up one of those .99 a month mail accounts at 1&1, and it seems to work fine.

Yes I have a client/friend that emails me from a sbcglobal email account that gets the 550 Adminstrative prohibition more frequently now. I put in a trouble ticket today as client had 6 emails in a row bounced back.

Now I have a new error and no email at all coming in - cpanel09b
69.56.171.58 failed after I sent the message.
Remote host said: 451 Temporary local problem - please try later
I'm not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too long.

--- Below this line is a copy of the message.
