Ever since The Planet "completed" some modifications to cpanel19 this morning we've been experiencing very poor performance, I'm currently working with them to get this resolved ASAP. This should not take more than an hour or two max hopefully but until then getting to the server will pretty much be hit or miss unfortunately.

Just as an update, we're still working on this. We've tried numerous fixes with no luck and we still have a few more to try. We may even end up replacing the entire chasis on the server. It's just a lengthy process because once we make a change we don't know if it fixed the problem or not for about an hour. I will update this thread when I have more information. -
cpanel19 has been running normally for the past 19 hours so it seems that we've corrected the problem. The problem was with iowait CPU usage caused by a mix of the RHE kernels and the RAID controller.Comment
