cpanel17 is tentatively scheduled for an upgrade to our new systems on 2/23/05. I will reply to this thread as soon as possible if the date changes. There will be no changes required by the customers for this move to take place, everything will be taken care of on our end and no IP addresses will change. This is a basic upgrade just as previous servers have gone through.

As a result of the global network maintenance scheduled on 2/21/05 the cpanel17 upgrade has been pushed back to 2/23/05. -

The transfer process is now complete. Within the next several hours we will be taking both the new and old cpanel17 servers offline to connect some additional hard drives and actually replace the old cpanel17 server with the new one. There may be an hour or so of downtime during this process.Comment

I apologize for the delay on this, the new server is up but domains are still down because we're waiting on IPs to be re-routed, including the DNS IPs. Due to problems with the rails on this server we were unable to do a direct swap, we actually had to place the new one on a rack next to it which is something we had not planned on. This should be completed shortly.Comment

Everything has now been completed and should be working just fine. SSL certificates may have to be re-installed for those domains that had them. If you continue to have any other troubles please submit a trouble ticket.Comment
