To express our appreciation for the continued support of everyone here, we're offering every customer (including those that signup during this period) the option to permanently double their monthly allocated bandwidth for a one time fee of $5.00.

To take advantage of this offer you simply need to submit a trouble ticket to the billing department stating that you wish to double your bandwidth allocations permanently for the one-time fee of $5.00. Any tickets submitted after 4/1/05 will not be valid. This special is good on any plan you have with us and the double bandwidth will last for the life of the individual service.

This was initially posted here as a test to see exactly how many people do keep up with our announcements forum. As this is a very hard offer to pass up, I expect that what has happened represents a fairly accurate estimate as to how many of you actually read these forums often. Unfortunately, that accounts for only about 100 customers, which is kind of scary.

This offer is being extended through Friday, April 1st. I will be sending out an e-mail to everyone shortly explaining the offer and the importance of monitoring these announcements forums.

Please, please, keep in mind that it may take several hours for us to complete your request. If you submit your ticket prior to the end of the 1st of April, you'll get the special, don't worry. I've even disabled the average ticket response time on our main page until after this is over.

Please note that this $5.00 one time fee sticks with you for upgrades and not downgrades. So if you upgrade your account, the new level account bandwidth will be double the normal amount. If you decide to downgrade your account you will lose the double special.

Processing these is taking quite a bit longer than expected. Don't worry though, if you've submitted your ticket it will be completed eventually. I've done about 225 thus far and still have a good 100 sitting in the queue, not to mention the ones that will pile up over night. Please submit a seperate ticket under each account that you would like this done for, otherwise we cannot add it to your other accounts.
