Our double bandwidth special that was offered back in March was a huge success and we've had many requests to offer a similar deal for disk space. Also, as some have pointed out recently, our plan offerings have not changed since they were first offered over 3 years ago. At that time, our prices for the resources offered were extremely competitive. This is not necessarily the case anymore. If everything goes as planned with this special, our new accounts may very well have additional disk and bandwidth resources added to them, with no price increases. Rest assured, all of our servers have more than enough resources to handle doubling every customer's resources if that is necessary. Enjoy!
New Accounts
Signup for a new account now and receive double the normal bandwidth and disk space on your account. This special is free of charge on all new accounts.
Existing Accounts
You can double your bandwidth and disk space permanently for a one-time fee of $5.00 by submitting a trouble ticket to request the special. Please be sure to submit your ticket to the billing department otherwise your ticket will end up at the end of the queue once it is properly assigned to the correct department. All tickets received prior to the end of the day (CST) on 6/14/05 will be valid for this special. If you have multiple accounts please submit a seperate ticket under each account. These requests may take several days to complete so please be patient with us during this time. For those that have already taken us up on the offer to double their bandwidth, the fee remains the same but this will only increase your disk space. These one-time fees are only being charged to cover the large amount of time that it takes to update everything in our system to increase your account's resources. This special remains valid if you later decide to upgrade your plan as well. However, please keep in mind that it is not valid when downgrading your plan.
