As part of our routine maintenance, we will be performing power maintenance at our Dllstx2 facility on Monday, November 14, 2005, from 0500hrs to 0700hrs CST. This maintenance is necessary in order to continue providing you with our high availability offerings. The maintenance being performed will require switching from utility power to our generators. We do not anticipate any downtime for customers during this maintenance window; however, this is to serve as notification of maintenance being performed. We will have extra staff on hand in case of any troubles.
On Monday night, November 14, 2005 The Planet will be conducting site-wide network maintenance at the DLLSTX2 and DLLSTX4 data centers for 4 hours, beginning at 11:59PM CDT (GMT-0500) to upgrade firmware code on The Planet's TippingPoint network anti-intrusion system. Although the work is not expected to affect network availability, it is possible that latency and packet loss may be experienced for very brief periods of time during the upgrade.
