If you have forwarders going to AOL e-mail addresses, please be sure that the AOL user is not reporting the forwarded e-mails as spam, even if it is indeed spam. Because the e-mails are being forwarded from our servers, AOL is marking us for the spam which has created a number of blocks that we've had to resolve with them. We're already beginning to remove forwarders that are reporting the spam in order to prevent further incorrect spam listings.

Comcast has now adopted very similar policies. Please do not report forwarded e-mail from our servers to a Comcast address as spam. Doing so ultimately results in our servers being blacklisted even though we are not the original source of the spam. Much like the AOL forwarders, if we see this as a problem, the offending forwarders will be removed automatically.
