We've received several tickets concerning this so I wanted to go ahead and post a notification here.
If you are using custom name servers you need to have A records setup for them. If you are not sure if these have been setup, simply try pinging your custom name servers and see if the IP addresses returned match the name server IP addresses provided for your account. If the IP addresses do not match or if the addresses cannot be resolved then you need to submit a ticket so that we can make the necessary changes. Please be sure to reference this forum post and include your custom name servers in the ticket as well as a domain that is using these name servers.
