    9/23/11 - cpanel64 Migration / Upgrade

On Friday, September 23rd at 5PM CDT we will begin migrating all clients on cpanel64 to a new server that is part of our new hosting infrastructure as announced here. We expect to complete this process within 24 hours. Once the migration begins you will no longer be able to access WHM on cpanel64 and your account will be updated with the new server information which can be viewed via our client portal.

There will be zero downtime as a result of this migration. cpanel64 will continue to remain online throughout the migration and for at least a few days afterwards. As long as you are using any of our gzo.com name servers or custom name servers with our new IP addresses, this will be a completely seamless migration and you will not need to make any changes. Information concerning our new name servers was announced here and via our client portal on July 27th. You can view this information here.

If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to submit a ticket via our client portal and we'll be happy to assist you.

The migration process has officially begun. You will no longer be able to access WHM on cpanel64 as a result. Instead, you will see that your account has been updated with your new server's information in our client portal. You can login to WHM on the new server to check the migration progress for your accounts. Once an account has been migrated you will see it under "List Accounts" in your new WHM. Please do not create or modify any accounts via your WHM on the new server until the migration has been completed. This thread will be kept updated with our progress.
