    7/7/04 - cpanel23b upgrade

cpanel23b is tentatively scheduled for an upgrade to our new systems on 7/7/04. I will reply to this thread as soon as possible if the date changes. There will be no changes required by the customers for this move to take place, everything will be taken care of on our end and no IP addresses will change. This is a basic upgrade just as previous servers have gone through.

Currently this move is still scheduled to get beginning just after midnight. I will update this thread once the transfer has begun. Any changes made to your accounts after the transfer will not be copied over with the exception of MySQL databases.

The process is currently a bit over 60% complete.

All accounts are nearly finished transfered. Within the next couple of hours there will likely be a bit of downtime as we take the old server offline and quickly put it's hard drives in the new one and swap it out. I will update this thread once everything is completed.

The server is currently down to make the necessary swap and the new one should be back online shortly.

Everything has now been completed and should be working just fine. SSL certificates will have to be re-installed for those domains that had them. If you continue to have any other troubles please submit a trouble ticket.
