Currently The Planet is experiencing network issues that are causing nearly all of our servers to be unreachable. I'm currently on the phone with them trying to sort this out. I will post more information as I have it.
All servers should now be back online. Someone managed to flip-flop some cables between our two switches and the main router while they were performing maintenance on the router.
