I had had an unfortunate event happen last week where one of my clients accounts hacked and their domain was suspended on Christmas Eve 
.
My user was keeping his scripts up to date in cpanel using the auto installer. Manual patching is beyond my client's ability and not something he would have checked.
(I was not aware until this happen that updates in the scripts library were not being kept up to date. I only do reselling as a part time... Anyway... I figured out the offending php script and remove from the site and Dathorn's dedicated support team unsuspended the account by Christmas day!
I've never really needed support before this incident. I can say now that everything about Dathorn is awesome. Uptime, Price and SUPPORT!
