    Great Support!

    I remember I spent months looking for a hosting provider only to put it off for a year. I then decided to join Dathorn and take my chances. One of the best decision I ever made. The Dathorn Support center really kicks in for me, Ive had only 2 problems that were resolved in less than an hour.

    Today I had a minor glich and e-mailed support, ran and made some coffee and refreshed my trouble ticket...problem fixed.

    Believe it, when you request a trouble ticket and press enter they are reading it and working on the problem.

    Dathorn Rocks!

    And sometimes the Support is already aware of the problem
    and working on it. They are active in seeking out problems to fix,
    they are not reactive and waiting for "x" number of customers to complain.
