THUMBS UP DATHORN!
I just want to say that I switched to Dathorn a little over 2 days ago. I have had to post numerous trouble tickets cause I wasn't familiar with WHM, Needed SSL installed, Had some errors I need fixed, Needed some customizing to my account (backups), and needed help setting up my two accounts.
They moved both my sites onto dathorn QUICK and seamless! They helped me with fixing my errors, installing SSL was a breeze on my end (I had tried previously with godaddy and it was a horrendous experience). I also made a BIG screw up and changed my usernames and it screwed up both my sites! I basically crashed both sites!!
But Andrew was patient with me and was able to save them.
I just wanted to say, I know I have only been with Dathorn for a little over 2 days, but I am totally impressed with their help and customer service! They answered each of my support tickets with each response in no more than 15mins. Most of the time it was only about 5min. or LESS.
Thus far as far as the server runs, it is FAST! Made me realize my last host was a bit slow on loading at times. My other server also their techs didn't seem to know anything! I had to explain in great detail for them to understand. Then when they did, they were like... "errrr duh?!"
So THUMBS UP TO DATHORN!!
I will totally recommend y'all, and now that I have used WHM I don't think I will use anything else. I am not a reseller, but this is an easy way to keep up with both of my sites.
I was wondering if Dathorn has any 468x60 banners that I could use as a rotation banner on my sites for referrals.
Thank You Andrew and the rest of the Dathorn Staff. I don't know much about scripts, databases, sql, etc. but y'all have been very patient and quick to help!
