    Your affecting my Customer!!!

    To whom it may concern,

    I updated my client's site this morning and sent him an email telling him it was done. However, when my client went to look the server was down!! Client gave me a call and I checked it out. It seemed to be a DNS failure. I tell client that I'll submit a trouble ticket and how did my client react? Did yell at me? No. Cursed at me? No. Give me directions where to stick it? No. Client just said, "Oh ... that's OK just give me a call back when it's up again." WOW!!

    Dathorn sure has had a strange but delightful effect on my Customer! It's not like this client hadn't tought me a few new words before either.

    6 minute response time on ticket too! Got to love that!!
