    I sleep better at night.

    Let me tell you, got an email today from a client wanting to know why their Members only area was not working right (Joomla install). I took a look at it and I was getting just weird errors, some things working, some not, just bizarre stuff.

    After an hour I came to the conclusion there was nothing wrong with it, so I looked, yep, new server build this morning. I go to their hosts website, NO forum, NO announcements as to what is going on, NO information at all. They do have a tech number, after ten rings, a recording that they are closed, no emergency number to call either.

    So I fill out a tech request, hit submit and the #$#@$ thing refreshes with no message of success or fail. Thankfully there is an email address to send the message directly, yeah, like anyone will read it tonight.

    Anyway, with all of this it sure makes me appreciate Dathorn all that much more! No matter what the time I can submit a ticket and get a quick response and resolution to my problem. Also that Andrew lets us know what is going on makes it even better.

    Still, I should not complain about the other host, I will bill my client for my wasted time....
