I recently was on a server that was upgraded. I noticed a small glitch in the software for the Gallery Photo Album software. I did a little research on the issue, found the problem. I submitted a support ticket advising of the issue.
Here is the time frame:
8:30:12 Support Ticket Submitted
8:31:02 Reply advising they are looking into problem
8:32:12 Support returned ticket problem resolved. They added the required items on the server.
Now I don't care who you are or what company you work for that is TOP NOTCH Service .... WOW 2 minutes two tickets and issue fixed...
