    My dathorn experience

    Hi,

    I've been with dathorn for quite a while, but don't really participate much in the forums, I guess maybe because things run quite smoothly anyway.

    Today I'd like to bet a virtual donut to anyone who can prove to have received a faster response time to a trouble ticket. Check this one out, 81 seconds response time between my original ticket and the response, as proven by the following screen shot.

          I wish you guys would stop doing this... if we keep on praising Dathorn, we will end up with a bunch of new clients and more happy customers.... and that means more praise for Andrew and his team.... how much more can they take .....

          SHHHHHHHHH lets's keep this place called Dathorn a secret ...
