    Simply amazing!

I use Dathorn to host a couple of sites I personally manage, in other words I am not a typical reseller but that doesn't really change anything here.

I have been managing my own domain way back from 1999 though I moved all my hostings to Dathorn about a year ago after getting fed up with two other hosting services. All I can say is, I wish I had come across Dathorn earlier. Could have spared myself a lot of trouble.

I am not someone who hands out compliments that often. Heck, it took me a year to hand it out to even Dathorn, but man, they forced me by being so consistently great! The straw that broke this camel's back was the last trouble ticket I filed some time ago. Attached is the summary.

3 minute response time and 5 minute resolution time. Note too that this is not a very typical Perl module in that it is not a pure Perl module. C codes need to be compiled etc.

What this picture may not show is that it is not just the response time, it is the fact that all my 30 odd tickets (I know, I am a pretty demanding customer) were resolved to my liking. It was not a rude "No, can't be done" response!

You have a dedicated customer in me, Dathorn! Now how about RoR support? Pretty Please!

That is always good to hear, thank you!

As for RoR, we're just waiting on cPanel. Once they truly have full stable support available for this, we'll be giving it a good test run and then making it available on all of our servers. It is slowly getting there. Though it certainly doesn't help when they keep pushing back the release dates.
